- 1 large chicken breast (or 2 small pieces), cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp live oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped)
- ½ cup heavy cream or cooking cream
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh basil or parmesan cheese for topping
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 4–5 minutes until lightly browned on the outside.
Add chopped onion and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
